Jay

Miyo is a philosopher, performer and yoga/meditation teacher - as well as a kink facilitator. She weaves ritual, intimacy, and deep presence & openness into every space she creates to guide people into immersive, experimental, and creative encounters and altered states of consciousness and awareness.

Tantra as her "first language" shapes her D/S and shibari play and teaching which is also influenced by contemporary dance, contact improvisation, bodywork and acting. For her, eroticism is inseparable from mysticism, energetic work and spirituality - as well as from critical embodied thinking.

Her core concern is to bring the rawness of BDSM, the expressiveness of performing arts, and the critical lens of feminism into a tantric space and worldview that enables radical openness & surrender, sustainable shadow work, deep love & compassion, personal transformation & growth, and community/relationship building.

When not teaching, her passion is to write, discuss or perform in the playfield of these topics.

Jay is a conscious kink and embodiment facilitator, as well as a yoga and dance teacher with a scientific background. Her work weaves together ancient spiritual traditions, modern research, and lived experience to guide people in reclaiming their body’s innate wisdom—as a portal to transformation, liberation and surrender.
With deep roots in BDSM, shamanism, energy work, and embodied spiritual practices, Jay’s approach invites exploration at the intersection of power, devotion, pain, and pleasure.

In her approach to D/S power dynamics are the doorway to deep spiritual states, shadow work, and compassion.

Her centerpiece is Pain Processing — a bridge between the neuroscience of pain and the ecstatic, trance-like states that can emerge through deep surrender and inner alchemy.

Jay’s work is an invitation to step beyond the known, to dance at the edges of intensity, and to find liberation through the art of conscious submission and the courage to look deep into the shadows of Self.

Our Story

Miyo and Jay got introduced to each other by a friend.

“You guys should meet!” - she said.

So here we were, both committed to the yogic path and both just dropped or were about to drop out of our previous relationships - 9 years of full time D/S and 5 years of intense tantric practice - sharing an intense longing, love and curiosity for spiritual ecstasy, ritualistic spaces - and erotic scenes. Soon, we guided and accompanied each other into the world of the other. Finding common bottom-lines of Tantra and BDSM was a great journey for us, accompanied with all ups and downs and rollercoasters life holds for you when being on a spiritual quest, a kinkster, a switch, a queer-do and so much more in this funny human realm.

This is how our workshops and retreats that bridge the worlds of Tantra and BDSM evolved. We already had deep experiences and held workshops before we met, however, it seems like one brought the last pieces of the puzzle to the other and vice versa to make our understanding and practice what we actually love and do more holistic and multidimensional.

In a way, our yogic path transformed in an oldschool tantric path in a somewhat postmodern shape - we are committed to fight delusion and ignorance which is obstructing clarity, understanding, compassion and love. We are committed to bring light and acceptance to that which is luring and hiding, no matter how dark it may seem. Just like any other traditional yogic or tantric path. Still grounded in longing and love where we started - we are just wearing other clothes now.

Our life stories and experiences so far equipped us with a great portion of humor, lightness, yet sincerity, honesty, humbleness and humility in the face of life and love.

We are happy to take you on a journey with us....
